MaryAnn Bennett specializes in debt relief and has substantial experience filing cases under Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. Ms. Bennett grew up locally and attended Clearfield High School where she graduated as Valedictorian. She received full tuition scholarships to the University of Utah and to Temple University Beasley School of Law. Ms. Bennett is currently serving as a board member of Women Lawyers of Utah and is a regular volunteer at the Utah Debtors’ Counseling Clinic sponsored by Utah Legal Services and the Utah State Bar.
