Andrew B. Clawson is an experienced Salt Lake bankruptcy attorney who helps Utah individuals, families, and businesses use chapter 7 bankruptcy, chapter 11, and chapter 13 bankruptcy get relief from their debts, stop garnishments, save their homes from foreclosure, and enforce their rights against debt collectors.
Andrew earned a history degree from the University of Utah and then graduated with honors from J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. After representing chapter 7 trustees and debtors and creditors’ committees in chapter 11 bankruptcy cases at Prince Yeates & Geldzahler for almost six years, Andrew formed Law Office of Andrew B. Clawson, PC so that he could focus on helping Utah families use bankruptcy to get relief from their debts, save their homes, and enforce their rights against debt collectors. Andrew now works with the attorneys at Pearson, Butler, & Carson, PLLC.
In his free time, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing squash, tennis and volleyball, and enjoying Utah’s breathtaking scenery.
